1Packages
Packages are one-off prepaid purchases in AUD, GST included, valid for the stated period, with no automatic renewal. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We make no promise of replies, interviews, scholarships or admission, and no fee or refund depends on them.
2Trial
Full refund within 7 days if unused. Credited in full if you buy the concierge package within 14 days.
3Season pass (3 months)
Full refund within 14 days if you have used no more than 3 supervisors; otherwise pro rata by unused supervisors.
4Concierge (10 supervisors)
Full refund within 7 days if fewer than 3 supervisors were worked on; otherwise pro rata by unused supervisors.
