Terms of service

1. What the service is

An organiser for PhD supervisor outreach: public-record lookups, CV variants built from your own facts, drafting help that you must review and rewrite, a pre-send checker, reminders and interview preparation. You send every email yourself, from your own mailbox.

2. Three boundaries

  1. No assessable work. We do not write or rewrite coursework, assignments, essays, theses, research proposals, exams or any other assessment task. If you are enrolled in an Australian course, research statements are check-only.
  2. No university representation. We do not represent any university and receive no payment from universities.
  3. No migration assistance. We do not give visa or migration advice. Please consult a registered migration agent (OMARA register) or a lawyer.

3. Your responsibilities

Only enter facts that are true and that you can explain in a meeting. You are responsible for every email you send. Do not use the service to contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.

4. Packages, prices and refunds

Packages are one-off prepaid purchases in AUD, GST included, valid for the stated period, with no automatic renewal. Refund terms are shown next to each package on the pricing page. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We make no promise of replies, interviews, scholarships or admission, and no fee or refund depends on them.

5. Concierge package

The concierge package includes limited operator time (shown on the pricing page). The operator may work in your workspace only while you have granted access in Settings; every action is logged. The operator does not discuss visas.

6. Fair use

Each package has usage limits (supervisors, drafts, checks) and an AI cost cap. When a cap is reached, AI generation stops; rule-based checks keep working.

7. Records about academics

Record cards show verifiable public records only. Do not copy record cards into public forums.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the package price.
